Asus P4P 800 E Deluxe Corsair XMS 3200 booting 266mhz?

I have a problem with my memory showing 266mhz during boot, yet it is
Corsair XMS 3200 and should read 400mhz. I have 1024 with 2 slighty
different XMS 3200 (2x512) Running XP Home SP2 and P4 3.0E Prescott. It was
displaying 400 after I found a fix here once before, but recently defaulted
the bios for another problem and forget how to get it back.
