Some updates I've come across:

RBTray 3.0:

"Allows you to minimize windows in the tray area on taskbar by clicking
right mouse button on the window's minimize box or from system menu or
from window's system menu (+). Allows to set any window in "Always on
top" state from window's system menu.

ver. 3.0: changes by JD P (http://ww.moitah.net/)

* The previous version restores an application when it detects a
mouse-down on the tray icon, but then the tray icon is removed and
the mouse-up goes to a different icon. It now restores an
application only after detecting a mouse-down and a mouse-up.
* Added a feature to restore icons owned by RBTray after Explorer
crashes and restarts."

Fast Explorer 2006 v2.1.7.278

"This handy utility allows you to manage context menus items of file
objects displayed in a file manager, such as Windows Explorer or any
other application that supports shell's application programming
interface. It's a very simple way to make your often used file actions
quickly accessible.

Fast Explorer supports both static and dynamic menu items and even more.

With Fast Explorer you can create new menu

items, submenus, dividers, specify menu bitmaps and hint text, and
manage existing menu items added by other programs.

For an ultimate control over dynamic menu items added from within Fast
Explorer you can define your own look & feel using the custom-drawing
feature.

Menu items can be associated with any file class registered in the
system, including set of predefined shell objects:
What's new

* New automatic install and uninstall No more zip-files, just run Setup
and enjoy. Fast Explorer uses the smallest Nullsoft Scriptable Install
System to reduce the downloadable size of the setup launcher.
* New Shell Extensions Cleanup tab Together with Static Items Cleanup
feature this one gives you total control on every item of shell context
menus. Feel free to clear redunant and ununsed items, order context
menus in your own way."
