Assistant phone number

Hello all....
We're running Server 2003, and Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003.
In the Outlook address book, there is a tab called Phone/Notes, if you
open a user's properties. One field on that tab is called 'Assistant:'. Can
someone tell me where to go to edit that field? In the AD, it's called
telephoneAssistant. I do not see it in the AD Users & Computers, or Exchange
MMC's.
