Assistance with importing Excel into Access

How do you import an Excel spreadsheet with hard returns
into an Access table and retain the hard returns?
 
Jackie,

This question would be better in the externaldata group.

Anyway if you save you spreadsheet as a txt file (tab
delimited is fine) and import the text file into access
the hard returns are maintained.
