Im looking for someone who can walk me thru a few things on ACCESS. If you

Can't speak for everyone, of course, but I doubt you'll find anyone
prepared to do this. Chat is horribly inefficient and time-consuming,
and the folk who volunteer here are busy people.

I'd say if you want to impress an employer it would be more about a
steady approach, which means tracking down good learning sources,
picking one (to start with anyway) and following it through. These are

Access is very rewarding indeed, but the learning curve is fairly steep,
and you can't really rush it. If you have specific questions (where you
know what it is you need help with) people here will help.

Building your first application in Access?

Here are four learning curves you'll need to surmount ... (you may already
have some of these lessons learned):

1. Normalization and relational database design (this is first for a very
good reason)
2. Access tips & tricks (Access is NOT a spreadsheet)
3. Graphical user interface design (hard-to-use = not-used)
4. Application development (if you've never built a house before, ...?!)

I'm afraid that you are unlikely to get any "one on one" tuition from anyone
here without handing over a wad of cash first. Most people here are
professionals with "day jobs" and come here in spare time to volunteer free
help on specific issues.
