Assigning Hot Keys

I guess what I want is a hot key. Is there a way in O2002 to assign
keystrokes (e.g., CTRL-W) to a folder I have created? I want to use the
Hot Key? to access the folder.
 
No, Outlook doesn't have a keyboard mapper. Maybe a general Windows keyboard
mapper would do?
