Add Macro Hot Key

I created (part recorded) an Excel 2003 macro but did NOT assign a hot key.
How does one do this once a macro has been created and saved?

Tools/ Macro / Macros

in the Macros window, select the macro you want to assign the hotkey and
then click Options
