Assigning function key to select Address Bar

Hi,
I just arranged my taskbar to show the address bar and I'd like to assign a
function key that would set the focus to the address bar instead of having
to click it with the mouse to select it.
I've tried the MS keyboard layout program but it doesn't allow assigning
function keys and I don't know how to reference the control.

I would have sworn I tried that as that's how I accessed
through IE but anyways, that appears to work. Thanks.
