Assigning categories based on folder

Is there a way of assigning categories to messages based on folder ?
I mean I would like to assign category Training to all messages I move to
folder training. I want to move them manually not using rule ( I don't want
a rule that moves emails into folder and assigns them category ).
I just want to drop them in a folder and they would be assigned specified
category based on a folder I drop them into.
So I need a folder that assigns category to all messages inside.

As far as I know there no way without writing custom code to do what you
