assign contact to appt & view all appts

outlook 2003, How do I assign a contact to an appointment and when
viewing contact info and view/find all appts that were assigned to that
contact?

how can i assign a contact to a new appointment when i am creating
the appointment?

there should be a contact field in the bottom corner of the appt form. Add
the contact there. Look on the Activities tab of a contact to see the items
associated with the contact.
