Assign a Macro to a Custom Toolbar Button

I want to assign a simple macro to a custom toolbar button. Any suggestions?
I have already created the custom toolbar, and change the buttons to read / look how I want them
to as well as created the macro's. How do I assign it to the button?

Display the Commands tab on the Toolbars > Customize dialog. Select macros
from the Categories list. Select your macro from the Commands list and drag
it to your toolbar. Then customize the button image (you can copy from
another button).

Tools => Customize => Commands

Make sure you are saving your toolbar customizations in the same template as
the toolbar (and as your macros).

Find macros in the window on the left and your macro in the window on the
right. Drag it to your custom toolbar. Copy your custom button to your macro
and delete the old button by dragging it off the toolbar.
