Assert Failed

I have an Optura Xi that I have just installed the
drivers for. Now whenever I try to edit video files or
view files with MS Explorer I get an ASSERT Failed
dialog. This eventually leads to a crash of explorer.
The actual failure occurs in fgctl.cpp.

Anyone else have this problem. I would really like to
get this to MS but I can no longer find a place on-line
to submit problems with MS products.

Are you talking about the files on video tape, using firewire to transfer,
or video clips on the memory card being transferred via USB connection?
