Is asrraonrr.exe a windows 2000 component? If so, what
does it do. I just discovered it in winnt and its running
constantly in the background causing my system to run like
a snail. Can it be deleted?

You could try using one of the utilities to be found on
Pac's Portal (http://www.pacs-
portal.co.uk/startup_content.php) or AutoRuns v2.03 which
you can find on the SysInternals Web Site at
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/misc.shtml#autorun
s. These will show you what is actually starting up on
your system and where it is run from. ASRRAONRR.EXE does
not appear in the Pac's Portal list nor to be found using
Google. So provided you spelt it right I suspect it is not
part of WIN2000.
