ASPNET user.

When I install Visual Studio, VSDEBBUGERS and VSDEVELOPERS groups are
created. Right? What about the ASPNET user? Do I have to create it manually?

With the 1.1 Framework/IIS 6, it's no longer the ASPNET User Account, it's
the NETWORK SERVICE Account that you need to grant rights to.
