ASPNET user and IIS

Bring up the Service MMC, double click the "WWW Publishing service" (located
at the end of the service list) Select "LogOn" tab, click the "This account"
radio button and specify your desired Windows account and its password. BTW,
I do not think AspNet account has enough power to start/stop WWW service by
default.

Why would you want to do that. And you should also know the password
used by ASPNET or you can go about resetting it.
