what is an aspi layer. how do i get it in my pc.

Search for an ASPI file (usually provided by Adapter). You probably don't need
one with XP.

Heyy. I need to know how to get an ASPI layer on my other pc,which is
windows ME. I accidently deleted all of the files of it and emptied the
recycle bin. How do I get them back?
