asp pages-text formatting (replacing carriage returns with "br"

Hi All,

I believe someone from this newsgroup answered this
before...

I have some asp pages that pull data from a SQL server.
There is a bit of javascript I used, that seemed to
effect the entire website...to replace carriage returns
with "br" since carriage returns are not recognized in
HTML.

Now I forgot where I put this code. I thought I put it in
webserver extentions "somewhere" but can't find it..

Hi Kathleen,

Thank you very much ! Last week a user called me and said
you've got "run on" sentences in your database results.
I put that line in about a year ago...and for some reason
last week, it just wasn't there. The old code was though..

It's very strange !
