Asking for XP startup topic

Hi, All,

I remembered that I saw a topic which is talking about how the computer
works, which files would be using and how to load Windows XP after turn on
the computer, in Microsoft web site. But today, I could not find the topic.
Does anybody know where I could find the topic?
