Asking for Windows password when turning on computer

When I turn on my computer Windows is asking me for my password (like the 1st
time I set up) also asking me to log off Windows when I turn off computer.
How can I fix? Have cable connection.

Hi, Ally,

Type: control userpasswords2 on the Start-Run line.( notice the space
between control and user)
Hit Enter,
click to uncheck - Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer.
Click Apply,
Enter a Name but do not enter a password.
Click OK.

Search for Tweakui.exe and download it, it's free.
You can get it to delete the log off for you.
