Asigning colour to charts

Hello,

I wish to stipulate the colours for a section of a pie chart in th
data.

i.e Apples 400 GREEN (so the section of the pie will be gree
automatically)

Can this be done. Any method welcome

If you have set the chart to use Automatic colors, Excel applies colors in a
fixed sequence. To override that, you have to change it manually or use a VBA
macro. AFAIK, there's no way to specify the color in a column next to the
data.
