Blinking.. trembling? These are not features Microsoft has added yet so they
can't just be turned off.
In the meantime, I don't know if this is an Excel problem-- and it's almost
certainly not one that can be solved with a worksheet.function..
Use the scientist within, and do some experiments-
1) does it happen when I initiate a formula in the formula bar, or also when
I just start typing in a cell?
2) does it happen in a new workbook?
3) is my monitor cable securely attached to my video card?
3a) is my video card firmly set in its slot?
4) if I am using some wireless video system, is something interfering?
5) is my speaker too close to my monitor?
6) what happens if I change my screen resolution? what happens if I change
the refresh rate?
