Article 257643 of MS Database (speling/grammar) problem

I have Windows XP 2003 with Office 2003. I can't follow
the instructions on this article because there is no
Grammar entry in the regedt32.exe.
I need the spellchecking in Portuguese because I am a
translator. Anyone has a clue on how to deal with this
issue?
