Arrow for shutdown gone

K

KMP

I do not know why it is missing, but the arrow next to the Lock button is
missing. I can push the button and shut the machine down, but I liked having
options. I can still get to the options, but the arrow has disappeared. I
have a small sliver of button to hit which brings up the shutdown menu.
Anybody able to help me get this arrow back?
Thanks.

Right-click on the Taskbar and select Properties > Start Menu >
Classic Start menu and click Apply. Then repeat the procedure
and select Start Menu and click Apply.

Do a System restore back to when it did work!

Startr>Programs>Accessories>SystemTools>System Restore

Try Vista's System Restore.
