There are a lot of arrays in Net. Which one. However they can of course be
reshufled. You can do the classic sort methods with them.

No - you have to write the shuffle code yourself. A common alternative is to
use one of the .NET collections such as ArrayList - you can delete (or
insert) at a specified location with a single call with most of these
collections.
