Array Formula Question

I have two columns. Column A lists Teams. There are multiple rows of the
same teams in the column. Column C lists sales. What I want to do is write
a formula that allows me to show the average sales of each team. I've tried

{=SUM((C4:C19)*(Team=B31))/COUNTIF(Team,B31)}

but I get some huge number that is greater than the total sales of all
teams. Can someone help me point out what I've done wrong. Any help would
be appreciated.
 
Hi Don,

Use

=SUMPRODUCT((C4:C19)*(Team=B31))/COUNTIF(Team,B31)
