Area chart with vertical lines

I am trying to produce an area chart with vertical lines to cross at certain points on the horizontal axis for illustration purposes. Does anyone know of a better way than just drawing them on
I would ideally like to be able to have three fixed lines and one variable one that is dependent on my data source
