If you can spare a few minutes I would love to find out if your organization
is using the XP SP2 Windows Firewall, and what (if any) kinds of
improvements you might like to see in the future. As we make plans for the
Windows Firewall we would like to see if customer deployments, and needs,
may have changed now that it's been shipping for a while.

I would still be eager to hear from you weather or not you plan on using the
Windows Firewall.

Thanks,

I would like to see it block outbound traffic, then maybe I would use it.

I tried to take the survey but it would not work -- presumably because I
used Netscape (v7.2) instead of M$'s dearly-beloved IE. Specifically,
checking the choice boxes did not work: the boxes were greyed out.

I detest the "IE-way or the highway" attitude.

If the survey had worked, I would have noted that the lack of controls
on outbound traffic means that I continue to run Zone Alarm on my PCs.

And, I wasn't impressed by a "Program Manager" who does not understand the
difference between "whether" and "weather".

ooo chil out man its just a browser,
as for some improvments, theo ne i wanted has been made, which was program
control cuz the old one just barred like everything apart from IE and
Outlook. However, this one in SP2 is great!

Monitor outgoing Internet activity. Use ZoneAlarm as a model to follow.
