Are these part of the Vista program and feedback?

I wondered since these aren't promptly knocked off of the server by the
shallow server police who can't brook a scintilla of criticism of MSFT, if
these are part of the Vista program and MSFT's promotion of UAC Parental
Controls that I've seen as the subjects of the recent UAC blog?

My guess is an analysis based on the MSFT Community personnel who censor
anything critical of MSFT but need to fill their own needs since
understanding/improving/teaching and getting substantive documents on MSFT
software from the scores of technical writers on Vista teams is obviously
not one of them.
