Yes they will all work together.
That card will not be very good for gaming though.

Hi

Please give members a chance to respond to your post AB was last online at 10.42am this morning so would have not seen your reply. I'm sure when he is next online he will reply to your thread, in the meantime what sort of money are you looking at spending on a graphics card?

What are you going to use the pc for?
Gaming or just general use?
What is your total budget?
The case you linked to does not have a power supply, so what power supply will you be using?

We can offer some advice based on our personal opinions but as you seem to be USA or Canadian based we would not be in a position to offer much advice on prices or local suppliers.

:)

You're not spamming.

It's doubtful anybody here will know suppliers in India but we can link to products from UK suppliers.

Precisely what parts do you have?

I can work out:

a 650W PSU (what make?)
A hard drive (PATA? SATA? Size?)
An optical drive (CD-ROM? DVDRW?)

Your PSU may not have all the connectors required for modern motherboards.

Your hard drive may be too small for today's OS requirements.

Optical drives wear out quite quickly and it would probably be a false economy to use an old drive when new ones don't cost very much.

But for the sake of argument we'll assume those parts are ok which leaves you wanting:

Motherboard
Processor (Retail with stock cooler)
Memory
Case
Graphics card.

The computer will be used for office, graphics and general use and not gaming.

So, are we on the right track here?
