WITF would I want to pay you for a registry compacter/optimizer, when there is a real safe one (not an editor, I wouldn't use any brand if you paid me, unless it was in the $1000s) that if FREE! NTRegopt is a fine utility that does the job great, get it here FREE! http://home.t-online.de/home/lars.hederer/erunt/

Another way to speed up the registry is to use my program RegCompact.NET
which compacts and optimizes the WinXP registry hives without changing
the registry data. It does this by eliminating "holes" in the files that
contain the registry which are caused by data being constantly added and
removed from the registry. Check it out the free trial at:

Do not advertise.

And the registry can be compacted effectively (not that it makes much
difference in a typical XP registry) using the FREE NTREGOPT that comes
with the FREE registry backup tool ERUNT
