Are there any page setup differences between Excel versions

I have created a spreadsheet on Excel 2000 and set up the pages to print
correctly. My colleage is using a later version of Excel and is having page
setup difficulties with my spreadsheet
 
Your workbook should not be causing difficulties with Page Setup. What
page setup difficulties is she having?

Is she able to open Page Setup? Use its settings?

Are you and your associate using the same printer? Different printers
have different margin setups, print density, page length, stuff like that.
