Are tests under Monitor Category in HCT sufficient?

Hi,

We have developed a WDM driver for Monitor which
read/writes data to & from EPROM through I2C interface.
This driver gets listed under Monitor category.
My question "Are tests listed under Monitor Category in
HCT 11.2 sufficient enough to test the driver
completely?".
If YES.. can I send the passed logs to WHQL.
If NO.. what more tests i have to perform?
