Archive?

Hello,

When I archive my Personal Folder, it seems to only archive the Inbox,
Outbox, Calendar, Sent Items, and Drafts but it does not do any of the
folders that I created.

Does anyone know the method for getting all folders archived?

Also, can I assume that archiving will reduce the size of my pst file?

You need to set up archiving on the Properties dialog for each folder.

Got it. But I have a follow up. After you do archive all the folders,
shouldn't the pst file be smaller?

In my case, I got the archive but the pst file seems to be the same size.

Only after Outlook has compacted the original .pst file during whatever idle
time your computer makes available or when you've invoked it manually.
