Archive Outlook???

Can anyone help me save my calendar, contacts & notes in
Outlook? I use Outlook at work a great deal, but have no
idea how to save the records to transfer to another
machine. PDA seems like partial solution, but that is
having its own issues, plus doesn't seem as robust as
saving files to CD or Flash media. Just don't have a clue
on how to proceed. Thanks in advance if you can guide me.

http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm contains the list of Outlook
files and where they are. The easiest backup is, with Outlook closed,
simply to copy your PST to another folder or device. Also, download the
PFBACKUP tool from Microsoft. <
