No, the numerals typically used with Arabic are called Arabic-Indic digits
to distinguish them from the "Arabic" (now often called ASCII, Latin, or
European) digits used with English and many other Eurpoean scripts. You
can see them in http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0600.pdf, in the column
headed 066 on the second page.
