Aquarium Screen Saver

The fish in my screen saver have slowed their motion.
This may seem silly but, does this indicate a problem
with my PC. I also notice that downloads have slowed.

Perhaps the weather is too warm for the fishes, or perhaps you need to
feed them, or perhaps, just perhaps....
