appt in 2002 vs 2000

Mark Adelman

My boss has Outlook 2002 and I have 2000. When he sends an appt to me,
instead of it being in the proper format for me to reply back to, it comes
formatted as the code behind the actual message. Thus, I cannot reply and
have it automatically entered into my calendar.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's a known issue when a meeting request with a reminder on it is sent
from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2000. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307313 for more
information.
