approved senders

I would like to have mail appear in my inbox that I have approved and all
other mail to appear in my junk mail folder

And just how would you go about "approving" senders?
 
You might try creating a message rule..

Tools - Message rules - Mail - New

[x] where the From line contains people
[x] move it to the specified folder (Junk)

click on "contains people"
click on Contacts
select the approved contacts
click on From
click ok
click on Options...
Apply rule if: [x] Message does not contain the people below
ok

click on "specified folder"
select Junk E-mail
ok
ok
