Appointments Disappearing

Erick Bouza

Good afternoon to all,

I am having an issue with appointments. When I am looking at my calendar in eitheir Monthly, Weekly, Daily views and I create a new appointment, I see it appear but as soon as I scroll through the calendar and go back to see the appointment I had just created it is gone. But if I go to View --> Current View and choose all appointments I see my new appointment.

Can someone shine some light on this issue and lead me in the right direction so I can fix the problem.

Thank you in advance,

Erick

Let me peer into my crystal ball...

"I see you have a new iToy device and are using iTunes version 7.7 to sync
the device to Outlook's calendar. "

How'd I do? :)

We believe the itunes 7.7 add-in for outlook is the cause. It involves
recurrences that have no end date and reminders. See
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/iphonesync.asp for more info.

Is there an iPhone in the mix?

Good afternoon Outlookmvp,

Actually I am using Microsoft sync, but it is an iPhone that started causing all the issues. I don't remember installing iTunes 7.7.

I have another question, When I connect the iPhone to my laptop would it automatically install the iPhone Outlook add-in?
