Appointment "Template"????????

HELP! I have a marketing campaign that involves a mix of sending
letters, hand-written notes and placing phonecalls. All total, there
are about 12 different "steps" that are involved. Is there a way to
set-up a "template" for this so that when I enter a new prospect I
would like to target, I can simply copy and paste the template to my
calendar or task list?

If not, can someone please give me some tips on what the best way would
be to do automate what I am wanting to do?
