appointment reminder

Hi there, I can't seem to find a calendar like windows
98 had. I could put an appointment on the comp calendar
and it would pop up every time a turned on the comp every
day for 7 days to remind me of an appointment, can't seem
to find that on XP. Can anybody help? Thank you, Obbom

XP is an operating system. You are describing the functions of a
program. You may have had something like this on an older machine that
came preinstalled with the Windows operating system bundled with
applications like MS Works. There are many calendar programs for
Windows such as Outlook or the one included in Works. Do a Google
search for "calendar program".
