Hello,

I am having trouble applying a GPO from my DC to Windows
XP Professional machine. The Pro was an upgrade from XP
Home. The permissions that I have are the following:

UserGroupA: "Read" and "Apply Group Policy" are enabled.
Authenticated Users: "Read" is enabled.

I have tested these permissions successfully from other
DCs to other client workstations.

What do you recommend? Are there known issues with
applying GPOs to Windows XP? Are there certain tools that
I can use?

Thank you,

Have not done too much with WINXP Pro but I do know that
it has a "optimize logon" option - that is enabled by
default - that can cause problems with logon scripts.
Preet sure that this could be the root of your problems.
