Applying a PRF to all user profiles...

I want to apply a .PRF file that I have on our Windows 2000 machines to our
new Windows XP image so that any user can log into the domain and open
outlook and get to their e-mail without being prompted for any config
settings. We are currently able to do this on any Win2k machine and I want
it to be the same on the new XP image. I have tried everything I can find
online and nothing has worked so far.

You might give Outlook Profiler a go. Looks of people like it.

The simplest approach might be to use the Custom Maintenance Wizard from the Office Resource Kit to create the .prf file and then to run it as part of a login script.
