How can I apply my custom changes to all folders at the same time? Right now
I have to go one by one by first clicking on a folder, then right clicking on
the "grey" part where the column names are shown, then clicking "customize"
and then changing my options. I would like to be able to change one folder
and then apply those changes to all my other folders (just like in Windows
Explorer). Anyone any ideas?

See this example for the technique:
