The only things I would add after a clean install that aren't on your list already are:

Adobe Acrobat
Free Download Manager
Kaspersky Internet Security 7
Crap Cleaner

Go for WMP10 rather than 9, drop Realplayer and install quicktime alternative and real alternative.
