Everytime I turn on my computer, it says "Application has
encountered a problem and needs to close Then it asks me
if I want to send an error report to Microsoft, etc. I
say no, and then when I sign on to AOL, it comes up
again, and sometimes more than once. Finally it stops.
Is something not installed properly. It started after
AOL spyware was installed, so I thought it was an
application that was being blocked, but AOL said no. Help
