application stop after 3 seconds automatically

when ever i start a application it terminates automatically
after 3 to 5 seconds.could any one help me? Even msconfig
dous not start giveing an error message.

please help me.
 
I get something like this but the application is running
but not visible. It is clearly running in the processes
section of the task manager but not in the applicatiosn
part. I've tried uninstyalling it and reinstalling it and
it still doesn't work
