Assuming when you loaded the utilities, a desktop icon was created, all you
have to do is go to C:\Documents and Settings\username (the one you are
logged in as) and find the desktop folder under that username directory.
Select the icons that you want to copy, then copy them to C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Desktop folder.
