Application management Service

I had to re-install Norton Internet Security 2004 and now
I'm getting the following error message on the event
viewer:
Event Id 7023
Application Management Service terminated with the
following error: Specified module could not be found.

Is there a way to find it, if not....where do I find it?
On the XP CD?

Please help!

1. Have you checked the Norton boards, etc?

Thank you for replying so quickly.

I've checked the Norton boards and could not find
anything regarding my problem.

I did find some information under the MS knowledge base
and they tell you that there is a fix available but you
have to contact MS for it.
When I try to contact them, the web page states to
contact the manufacturer of the computer unless this is a
specifc MS error. This is a specific MS error, but there
is no way to send them a message.
Do you know if the request should go to
(e-mail address removed)? or is there a different address?

Bea, if it says there is a fix available from MS then you have to call
MS to get the fix. There should be a link there on how to call them.
Read the whole article. They will waive the support fee if all you ask
about is getting the fix for this specific problem.
