Application Hang

Good Evening All.

Can someone help me fix this issue?
The display hangs and drags, sometimes the cursor
disappears for a few seconds, then reappears.

What application are you running? Are you online? How
much system resources do you have?

If you are online at 56k it could just be lag from a slow
connection. You can even get lag on dsl or cable during
heavy use periods. If your system resources are low, it
can cause lag. How many icons do you have in your tray
beside your clock? If you have a lot of things running
down there it can deplete resources so that performance is
slowed in all applications.
